Capital Bocking 2008 was the second annual national Powerbocking meet to be held, and Essex Power Bockers attended in huge numbers!

Over 20 EPB went to Cardiff on the weekend of 15th-17th August to join over 100 bockers from across the UK and America!

EPB was lucky enough to have use of two minibuses which took 16 members to Cardiff for the weekend at a minimal cost! Several other members went with their familes to raise the total number of Essex Power Bockers to 23.

The weekend was spent learning new tricks and skills including vaulting, trick jumps and stairs, as well as making new friends with bockers from the other Regional groups that were there!
